Personnel très sympathique, demeure de charme et le restaurant est pas mal.

The hotel is really nice and its location is perfect.
You can even get a free parking.

We had an attic room which was nice except we couldn’t open a window because of pigeons.


The pillows were a little bit too uncomfortable.
I didn’t like to drink tea from a plastic cup.
And a hairdryer was…

Lovely, characterful old hotel in great location.
Staff were friendly and efficient.

Restaurant in the evening was a bit expensive and the choice was limited because I don't eat red meat.

Joli hôtel très bien situé à Richelieu! La chambre était confortable, la literie aussi, belle salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, belle vue sur la belle place de Richelieu! Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Check in was good but felt pressurized to book a table for a meal, which we did.
Turned up initially 15mins early so we had a drink outside.
then went back in approx.
5 mins before time to be told by person in charge that he was still eating, but young assistant took us to a table.
Waited for 25mins but no one came to ask if we even wanted a drink, never mind our meal order, so we walked out as the Manager was about to eventually come in and take our order, at which point we told him he was too late.
Interestingly thee was another guest with his daughter outside who saw all of this and asked if we were not impressed with the service, which we said we were not!
Instead we went to another restaurant and spent 100 eu there.

We are not impressed, why state we should really book then NOT BE AVAILABLE at the time we agreed?
